This couple and this wedding you guys.
Emilie and Connor are the sweetest and if you have been following us in an capacity online you are probably sick of hearing about how much we love them, ha. But we do! Their vision for such an intimate, inviting and unique wedding was a dream to be a part of and they are so cool.
Emilie emailed us last fall about her upcoming March wedding with dreams of a seasonal greenery-filled, neutral palate with fun pops of bright orange and deep blue. Her inspiration was simple, unique and romantic, something that was completely her.
We had worked with Emilie's family before, getting to do her sister's wedding last year (you can read that post here) so we were over the moon to get to work with her on this. Emilie owns a paperie + illustrating etsy shop and has a wonderful eye for design already. Designing her florals was a dream! We loved getting to capture her personality and her and Connor's love in our arrangements.
She wanted lots of seasonal greenery so we foraged for juniper, nandina, and included local foraged pieris, begonia leaves and privet berry. For the neutral feel we used quicksand roses, patience roses and white ranunculus. Then for the fun pops of orange we had kumquats + poppies. One of our most favorite designs to date.

The sweetest words from Emilie:
"I've worked alongside Good Seed Floral for other weddings so I expected they would be nothing less than phenomenal for bringing the floral aspect to my wedding. I can confidently say they BEYOND exceeded my expectations!
The gals of Good Seed are extraordinary in every way. Leading up to the wedding day, they were prompt in communication and professionalism, kind and willing go to above and beyond, and amazingly talented in their creations (Like, WOW! See the ones pictured!) In every little specification or need I had, they met it immediately. They are professionals in the arranging and knowledge of flowers, and the assembly of them. All they had to work with on my wedding day were command strips and already installed pipes and the arrangements were a dream- they had everyone swooning!
I am the biggest fan of flowers of all sorts, and the first sight of my bouquet and arch above our ceremony brought me to tears. I'm blown away by their talent and service. It leaves me wishing flowers could last forever!
Thank you Good Seed!"
Thank you for hanging out with us for a bit! We hope you loved this wedding as much as we do.
